MHA is not-for-profit organisation that has been dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing for 80 years.
We run the Mental Health & Anxiety Information Line (1300 794 991) providing information and referral to local mental health support services across NSW.
MHA also runs support groups and courses for people who want to recover from an Anxiety Disorder, and co-ordinates Mental Health Month in October every year.
